We rent out our fully furnished holiday apartment to third parties. Guests will find an apartment which is furnished according to our needs, and some of the objects are of emotional value to us. Please take this into consideration.
At the same time they may use what is there. Help yourself e.g. with basic ingredients, tea and coffee, oil, vinegar, pasta etc. in the kitchen.
You may also help yourself in food stock or with wine, but we are grateful if you replace what you use up.

Arrival
By car: approx. 50 min from Bern, approx. 25 min from the motorway exit Wimmis. On the parking lot above the house the place on the grass (at the hedge) is reserved for guests of the holiday flat.
Public transport: Plan using www.sbb.ch
Boltigen station is less than 3 km away. A local bus connects on weekdays (at the moment also on Saturdays) the railway station Boltigen and Eschi Dorf (200 m under the house) with Zweisimmen. Check the connections on www.sbb.ch for the station “Boltigen, Eschi Dorf”.
You might also get off the train in Weissenburg and walk the 1.4 km to the house. But only the slow trains stop here.
A bus connects Boltigen over the Jaunpass with Bulle and Fribourg. The bus stop (Eschi Kreuzung) is 500 m from the house. A few buses run on Sunday.
Taxi: there are Taxi services in Zweisimmen. Check the internet, ask for rates and book in advance.
