Network name: Fritz!Box 7490, the password you will find in  in the wooden box with the inlay lid on the stove in the living room.

Chargers etc.

Charger for smartphones (Apple Lightning, USB-C and Micro-USB) can be found in the living room ans in the sleeping room. A charger for Macbooks Pro (USB-C), a dock and a powerbank sit in one of the wooden boxes on top of the step stove. Feel free to use the DAB radio.

Maps and guides

There are various hiking guides on the stove in the living room, and behind the entrance door you find maps and tourism offers with hiking and excursion suggestions (and a manual and key for the Flyer e-bikes at the bottom). You can order the electronic SIMMENTAL CARD from me which entitles you to reductions or free offers (reductions e.g. train day ticket for the Simmental incl. bike transport, tennis court rental in Lenk, bike rental at Sputnik Bikeshop Lenk (5%); the bus lines in Lenk are free of charge). You will receive a PDF to show, but you can also save it in the Wallet app on your smartphone.

Navigation

map.geo.admin.ch: hiking maps on the smartphone or on your computer. Instructions for the online maps: swisstopo. You can download and print small map sections (free). Add layers of information for hiking, bike or mountain-bike routes, public transport etc., or geological or historical content.

E-bikes

Our two Flyer e-bikes (support up to 25 km/h) are available for guests. They are solid and powerful vehicles for roads and dirt roads, but not intended for off-road biking. Use it at your own risk and handle with care.

Linens

The beds should be freshly made, towels are ready in the bathroom. Further bed linen, terry towels and towels can be found in the wardrobe in the bedroom. In the box under the bed in the bedroom you will find more pillows and blankets, as well as in the box of the sofa bed in the living room.

Equipment and food supplies

Cabinets or drawers with private objects and supplies (i.e. not for the guests of the holiday flat) are marked accordingly.

Please replace what you have used up in food supplies or drinks.

Please note that the mirror cabinet in the bathroom also contains prescription medicines that children with climbing tendencies may be able to fetch.

Garbage

Only the white, printed waste bags (in the kitchen furniture on the right above the waste) can be disposed of in the container below in the Eschi (at the stop of the local bus). Other waste can be disposed of at the Zweisimmen waste disposal centre (www.avag.ch/entsorgungszentren/zweisimmen.html).

Cleaning

Vacuum cleaners, boilers, cleaning rags and cleaning agents can be found in the cupboards in the bathroom: the white close to the door and the grey one behind the door.

Washing and drying

Washing machine and dryer (Secomat) are in the laundry/technical room at the lower end of the house. To start the washing machine and dryer, the green key card is inserted into the box above the washing machine. The key card is in the red conductor bag.

Dryer (Secomat): Press the main switch button, then keep one of the three function buttons pressed for 5 seconds: Manual operation for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Heating

Each radiator has a valve to regulate the temperature.

Cellar

The apartment has a cellar with additional furniture for the covered porch or garden.

Electrical/Fuses

The fuse box is located in the kitchen behind the mirror between
Bedroom and bathroom. The mirror is easy to lift off.
